Almost one year later.....

So needless to say, I totally suck at updating! Xanga has totally changed EVERYTHING and I am completely lost! I hope everyone has had a fabulous start to the new year. I have been promising an update for a while now so let's me see what I can do:

1. The job that we moved here for ended in May 2008. Chris's boss decided that he didn't want to do his job anymore so he closed the business and left all his employees high and dry.

2. Chris was without work until August and Carl was without work until November.

3. They both now have minimum wage jobs at Lowe's.

4. Cameron has excelled here! It has been just awesome! His language has just exploded and he is completely potty trained now which is something I never thought would happen!

5. We live in a great town, everyone knows everyone else, and they all fell in love with Cameron. He now has about 2,000 guardian angels watching his back.

That's all I can think of right now so I will be back as I remember some stuff!

Seven Months later........

Greetings from northwest Arkansas!!!

After taking a seven month break from everything I am back and ready to rumble! LOL A lot has happened in the past few months. I don't have much time to go into details now but I will be back shortly with all the news.

Five random facts about me? Hmmm... let's see what I can pull out of my hat.

1. I have seen Gone With the Wind 27 times. What can I say? It is my all time favorite movie.

2. I was once talked on the phone for over 8 hours, nonstop.

3. I know every word to Toy Story 2, Monsters Inc., Follow That Bird, Thomas and the Magical Railroad, Elmo in Grouchland, and I know all the Wiggles song by heart.

4. I now know that sugar, peanut butter, pancake syrup, and Febreze make for a deadly combination on my kitchen floor.

5. My all time favorite country music star is Trace Adkins. He ain't got nothing over Michael Vartan!!!

Post Holiday Blues

Well, another year has come and gone. 2007 was a fine year up until about Spetmeber or so and then it just all went to crap! Cancer, car accident, and to finish off the year in style, 2 ear infections, ruptured ear drums included, sinus infection, upper respitory infection and a nice case of strep throat. That is how I spent my Christmas day. Sick as a dog. I ruptured both eardrums so now I am temporarily deaf for at least the next several weeks. Which means I can't start school in two weeks like I wanted.

Everyone is doing well. Nobody else is sick, just me. Hope y'all had a great new year!

Fabulous News not so Fabulous Now

Cameron's teacher told us last week that she was going to recommend at the ARD meeting that Cameron be mainstreamed into a regular pre - k class at the first of the year. This week however, she seems to have changed her mind. Cameron's behavior is going to hold him back from this momentous occasion. In the past week, he has bloodied a little girl's nose and sent a little boy in his class to the ER after he tackled him football style and busted the boy's head open. What the hell can I do to curb this behavior? How do you discipline a child that seems to have no conscience?

WOW! I suck at updating! LOL Sorry for the long delay in posts but with all the sickness flying around over here it's been like war torn survivor zone over here. I finally caught up on all my school work, finished my research paper, and took my History test, which I made a 95 on, and all is right with the world again. Tomorrow, Robin is coming over and we are working on our history project and then I am gonna sit back and relax for a while.

Have some fabulous news about Cameron but I am too tired to go into all the details so I am saving that for another post.

Went to the doctor yesterday. She said I didn't have bronchitis. I just have a simple cold. HA! Yeah right! She's on crack! You don't run a fever of 103 when you have freaking cold.

I have been sick for the past week or so. Full blown bronchitis. I have NO voice at all. So if I don't answer the phone or leave comments, its not that I am ignoring you. I am just really really sick.
